Conditions of Admission 2026/2027

  • The submission takes place from Thursday, 08-01-2026 to Saturday, 31-01-2026.
  • The child's age must not be less than four years and must not exceed five years except by one day, as of October 1, 2026.
  • In case of the absence of the parents, an official power of attorney notarized by the notary public shall be submitted to the official international schools or from one of the Egyptian embassies abroad at the workplace of the guardian, and the power of attorney is to apply to international public schools.
  • If the child does not pass the assessment, an interview will not be conducted for the parents.
  • After reviewing the submitted documents and registered data, the website will be reopened from 10/02/2026 to 18/02/2026 for those who meet the admission requirements to book an appointment for the admission test at the Official International Schools.
  • Failure to book an admission test appointment or the absence of parents on the scheduled date will be considered a refusal by the guardian to enroll their son/daughter in the school, and no other appointment will be scheduled for the interview.
  • A personal interview is conducted for the parents or the child's legal guardian (children who passed the exams only).
  • The parents (or the child's legal guardian) must be present for the personal interview.
  • Students are admitted according to total scores.
  • If the admission test score is equal, age is a preferential condition whereby the oldest is taken.
  • Failure to adhere to the deadline specified in the e-mail is considered a refusal to enroll the child in school.
  • Parents of students who do not pass the exams are not contacted and no reasons are given for not passing the exams.
  • The guardian signs all the undertakings and declarations determined and approved by the Ministry of Education in cooperation with the International Schools Foundation in Egypt to ensure full compliance with the financial, administrative, and educational systems determined by the ministry, the institution and the schools while adhering to all the rules of admission requirements.
  • The student's guardian acknowledges that the student is not admitted in any other school, and if the student is registered in another school, it becomes the responsibility of the student's guardian to end the procedures with the other school, and the international public school is not responsible for not registering the student electronically if the parent delays the completion of the procedures.
  • If any incorrect data or documents are witnessed, or any information is hidden about the child's condition, the guardian bears the responsibility and the decisions taken by the school.

Required Documents:

  • 12 recent personal photos of your child.
  • Original birth certificate (computerized) + 2 copies.
  • National ID copies (both father and mother).
  • Photocopies of both father and mother qualifications.
  • Printed Application Form 2026/2027.
  • All documents must be placed in A4 envelope labeled with the child's name.
